How do SMS reminders work?

Automated SMS reminders are sent 24 hours before each appointment. This cuts no-shows by up to 90%. It is a flat 10 EUR/month addon on every paid plan: 50 free SMS/month on Pro and 100 free on Business and Enterprise, then 0.10 EUR per SMS after that.

Can I use Bookify Malta for multiple locations?

The Enterprise plan supports unlimited locations with a single dashboard to manage them all. Each location gets its own booking link and calendar.

Can clients book directly without my approval?

No. Clients submit booking requests and you choose which ones to confirm. You stay in full control of your schedule at all times. That’s the Bookify Malta difference.

I built Bookify Malta for the salons of Malta

I’m Chris Azzopardi, and Bookify Malta started with a simple frustration: watching great salons lose bookings to missed calls, no-shows and endless WhatsApp ping-pong. The booking tools out there were built for big chains in other countries, not for a barber in Valletta or a nail tech in Victoria, Gozo.

The idea first took shape back in 2024, and it grew into Bookify Malta the way it should be: here in Malta, for Maltese businesses. Clients request, you approve. SMS reminders cut no-shows by up to 90%. Rescheduling takes two taps, not two phone calls. And we never take a commission from your bookings.
