Who can refer
Any business with an active Bookify Malta account — Basic or paid. There is no limit on how many salons you can refer.
When you’re rewarded
Once the new salon completes onboarding and goes live on Bookify, the referral is confirmed and your reward is processed.
What counts as new
The salon must not already be a Bookify customer or in the signup process. It has to be a genuinely new business.
Your choice
When we confirm the referral, you pick €50 cash or the free month of Pro (worth up to €200). The free month cannot be exchanged for cash.

What counts as a successful referral?+
A salon or barber business that is not already a Bookify customer or in the signup process signs up mentioning your business name, completes onboarding and goes live on Bookify.
When do I receive my reward?+
After we confirm the new salon has gone live. Cash rewards are normally paid within 7 working days; a free month is applied from your next billing cycle.
Can I refer more than one salon?+
Yes. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals, and you earn a reward for every one.
How does the new salon mention me?+
The signup form asks how they heard about Bookify — they simply type your business name. If they onboard with our founder in person, they tell him directly.
How do I get the €50 cash reward?+
By bank transfer or the payment method we agree with you. Where required by law, the applicable tax treatment is noted on the payout record.
How does the free month work?+
You get one month of Pro with the SMS add-on included and any other Bookify fees covered, up to a total value of €200, credited to your account. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if the salon I refer was already talking to Bookify?+
A referral has to bring in a genuinely new business. If the salon was already in contact with us or in the signup process, the referral does not qualify.
Does the referred salon also receive something?+
The reward is for the referring business. The new salon still receives the standard offer: a free 3-month Pro trial, no credit card required.
Referral programme terms
- Eligible referrers are businesses with an active Bookify Malta account at the time the referral is confirmed.
- A referral counts when a new salon that is not already a Bookify customer or in the signup process signs up mentioning the referring business and goes live on Bookify (completes onboarding and starts using the service).
- Reward options: €50 cash, or one month of Pro with the SMS add-on and any other Bookify fees covered, up to a total value of €200. The referrer chooses at confirmation; the free month cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cash rewards are normally paid within 7 working days of confirmation by bank transfer or an agreed method. A free month is applied from the referrer’s next billing cycle.
- There is no limit on the number of successful referrals a business can earn.
- Bookify Malta may verify referrals and reject fraudulent, duplicate or self-referrals. Referrals cannot be combined with other incentives for the same business.
- Bookify Malta reserves the right to amend or end this programme at any time with reasonable notice. Referrals confirmed before any change remain valid.
