You do not need to claim the listing to request removal, and there is never a charge.

Removal is approved where the requester is the owner, an authorised representative, an affected data subject, a rights holder, or provides another valid legal or factual basis (for example, the business is closed, the wrong business is listed, or a court or regulatory restriction). Evidence supporting your relationship or basis may be requested. A competitor or unrelated person may report a concern, which will be reviewed, but the report alone does not remove a listing.
Optional evidence (links or documents) can be emailed separately to legal@bookify.mt with the listing name in the subject.
